ABOUT
The owner of RECUBATOR has worked in the financial markets for more than two decades. He is currently driving consolidation in the asset management industry and has experience as a senior advisor to banks, as a change driving CEO to three very different investment management companies (one public) and as a hands-on investment management professional.
This experience has provided, apart from an excellent Nordic network, in-depth knowledge and personal experience from corporate advisory services, investment management, operational restructuring, compliance and regulation, securities trading, transactions- and payments processing, custody and safekeeping, people management and sales of financial services.
RECUBATOR contributes with initiatives that challenge the way things are being done. One of these contributions is a proposal on what banks should do with certain Non-Performing Loans (NPL) in order to save businesses, unlock value and enhance solvency with regard to the Basel Accords. In addition, RECUBATOR has brought forward a practical operational structure which significantly raise profit margins for asset management firms. An ongoing initiative is the consolidation of the asset management industry in the Nordics, fueled by increasing regulation and new possibilities.

OWNER
Martin has been the CEO of three very different asset managers, including a publicly listed Private Equity firm. In addition, Martin has several years of experience of restructuring operations, portfolio management, global distribution, PR and people management.
Martin’s strengths are his resourcefulness, strategic vision and creative mindset. Martin is a Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst (CEFA) and he holds a M.Sc. in Economics; Major in Finance.
